Summer Fun-alo Promo

Mechanics:

1. HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (Home Credit) will launch “Summer Fun-alo Promo” (“Promo”) which is open to all Pre- Collections POS, and Cash Loan customers of Home Credit.
2. This promo will run from March 1, 2024 (12am) – until April 30, 2024 (11:59pm).
3. To qualify:
   • A customer must have at least one (3) month remaining monthly installments during the Promo Period.
   • Customer must pay their current monthly installment including penalties and charges four days before their due date within the Promo period to earn 3 raffle entries.
   • To qualify in the raffle draw, upcoming balance should be paid on or before the due date. If not, account will be disqualified.
4. There will be a total of (13) winners and they will be getting the following prizes via cash.
   • (3) winners of Php10,000.00 cash prize
   • (10) winners of 1 free monthly installment. (Monthly installment should not be higher than 3,000)
5. Electronic raffle draw will be held on May 13, 2024 (Monday) at 2:00pm with the presence of a DTI representative.
6. Winners will be notified through registered mail, social media post, e-mail notification and callout via their available contact information on file with Home Credit.
7. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with picture and the official notification letter when claiming their prizes.
8. Home Credit and its partner-retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.
9. Redemption period of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.
10. An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present an authorization letter, photocopy of winner’s ID and 2 valid IDs of authorized representative. Winners may claim their Prize at the Home Credit Office - 7th floor Spark Place Bldg., P. Tuazon Ave corner 10th Ave. Cubao, Quezon City. Provincial winners may coordinate at the nearest HC Consumer office in their area.
11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
12. The prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable (for FREE MI prizes).

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other ongoing promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by Home Credit.
3. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
