1. Qualified HCQWARTA clients can participate in the promo when they do Pay Bills, Buy Load or Lazada Top-Up transactions via the Home Credit App using their HCQWARTA with a minimum single-spend requirement of P1,000 and they will earn one (1) raffle entry for each successfully completed transaction within the promo period.
2. Qualified Home Credit Cardholders can participate in the promo when they do Pay Bills/Buy Load transactions via the Home Credit App or POS or online payment transactions using their Home Credit Cards with a minimum single-spend requirement of P1,000 and they will earn one (1) raffle entry for each successfully completed transaction within the promo period.
3. Qualified clients can have multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted. Qualified clients may only win once. In case a client’s name was drawn more than once, client gets the prizes of higher value.
4. The more transactions qualified clients make, the more raffle entries they earn.
5. Qualified Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients can earn bonus/additional raffle entries when they do all missions listed below within the promo period:

7. Cancelled or disputed transactions are not eligible for the promo.
8. Draw of raffle entries and crediting will be scheduled as follows:

9. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Home Credit PH Facebook page and will also be published via Home Credit PH’s official website.
10. All winners should be notified via registered mail, email, SMS or push notification.
11. Home Credit PH will reach out to the winners within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media. A Home Credit PH representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
12. Winners of cashback will be credited to the client’s Home Credit account on or before November 8, 2024.
13. Giftaway e-Voucher or eGift Code worth P1,000.00 for SM Gift Pass and P500 for Puregold eGC will be sent to winners via registered mail, email, and SMS on their registered Home Credit contact information on or before November 8, 2024. The text message that winners will receive contains the instructions on how to redeem the Giftaway e-Voucher or eGift Code.
14. To use the e-Voucher/eGift code at the Giftaway merchant, the cardholder must present the eGift code to the cashier or store manager upon checkout.
15. Customer can redeem the voucher at the partner's store/branch.
16. Each winner is only entitled to one (1) Giftaway e-Voucher/eGift Code, P100 rebate or one (1) P50,000 cashback only.
17. Winner can only receive and claim a Giftaway voucher or eGift code once and can only be used in the specific Giftaway merchants.
18. The eGift code is for one-time use only.
19. The Giftaway Voucher or eGift Code are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
20. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Home Credit.
21. Redemption period of Giftaway Voucher or eGift Code is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered email; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.
22. 20% tax of prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc.
23. The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Home Credit regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
24. Home Credit employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
25. Home Credit reserves the right to disclose or publish the names and photos/videos of the winners in any mode or manner it deems appropriate.
26. Home Credit will monitor the earning of raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries, and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of representatives from Home Credit and DTI on the date of the raffle draw.
27. Cash rebates are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
28. Home Credit Cardholders whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
29. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
30. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.
31. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
32. With prior approval of DTI, HCPH reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
33. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, HCPH’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

1. Customer’s account must be active to be eligible for the promo.
2. All qualified entries will be drawn via electronic raffle draw with the virtual supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative during the raffle draw dates.
3. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
4. All qualified entries will be drawn via electronic raffle draw witnessed by a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative during the raffle draw dates.
5. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
6. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.
7. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card & HCQWARTA and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
