Home Credit QWARTA Bills Mo, Sagot Ko! Raffle Promo

Mechanics:

1. The raffle promo will cover bill payments made via My Home Credit App from May 27, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
2. To join the promo, Home Credit QWARTA clients need to:
   • Register using their uniquely assigned code on the designated link sent via Push Notification or Email; and
   • Make a successful “Pay Bills” transaction via My Home Credit App.
3. To be eligible for the raffle promo, qualified Home Credit QWARTA clients must pay for their bills via My Home Credit App with no minimum spend requirement and they will earn one (1) raffle entry for each successfully completed “Pay Bills” transaction within the promo period.
4. Clients can have multiple raffle entries and can only win once.
5. Cancelled or disputed transactions are not eligible for the promo.
6. There will be a total of five (5) winners. Each winner will receive the total actual sum of all their “Pay Bills” transactions in the app within the promo period. The amount will be credited back to their Home Credit QWARTA accounts. The rebate is capped at P10,000.
7. Draw of raffle entries and crediting will be scheduled as follows:

8. Home Credit employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
9. Home Credit reserves the right to disclose or publish the names and photos of the winners in any mode or manner it deems appropriate.
10. Home Credit will monitor the earning of raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries, and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of representatives from Home Credit and DTI on the date of the raffle draw.
11. Cash rebates are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
12. Home Credit QWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
13. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
14. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.

1. Customer’s account must be active to be eligible for the promo.
2. All qualified entries will be drawn via electronic raffle draw with the virtual supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative during the raffle draw dates.
3. Home Credit QWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
4. All qualified entries will be drawn via electronic raffle draw with the virtual supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative during the raffle draw dates.
5. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
6. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.
7. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit QWARTA and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
