Home Credit & Prestiz Cool to Win it Promo 2024

Mechanics:

1. Customers who will avail of a Home Credit loan to purchase any Prestiz item from April 1-June 30, 2024, are eligible to join the promo.
2. Each successful contract is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry; while a purchase of one (1) Prestiz air conditioner (any model) is equivalent to two (2) raffle entries.
3. If customer cancels the contract with Home Credit, his raffle entry will also be forfeited. Home Credit gives customers a 7-day grace period to cancel their contracts.
4. Virtual promo draws will be held on the following schedule with the presence of a DTI representative. Schedule and prizes as follow:

5. A successfully drawn customer can only win once.
6. Non-winning entries are qualified for the next rounds of draws until the grand draw.
7. All prizes are not convertible to cash. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another item.
8. Winners will be notified by Home Credit Philippines via SMS, call, email, and registered mail.

12. Home Credit and Prestiz employees and its affiliates, including agencies, merchants’ relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2. 20% withholding tax of prizes exceeding 10k and other expenses related to taxes shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc.
3. Prizes should be claimed sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. with prior approval of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI).
4. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
5. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.
