A. Who is qualified to join the raffle promo?

• Customers must avail themselves of a Home Credit loan to join the raffle.
• Customers must have a successfully signed contract with Cellboy to qualify.
• ustomers’ raffle entry will be in the form of the customer’s contract number.
• 1 Raffle Entry = 1 Contract Number
• If a customer cancels their contract with Home Credit, their raffle entry will also be forfeited.

**Home Credit gives the customers a 7-day grace period to cancel their contract.

B. What is the promo duration?

• Home Credit x Cellboy New Year promo will run from January 15 to March 31, 2024 only. All contracts processed within this promo duration will automatically qualify for the raffle draw. Customers who cancelled their contracts processed within the promo duration will deem e-raffle entry as invalid.

C. What are the prizes?

D. How to identify the winners?

• Home Credit Marketing Analytics Team will extract all contracts that were processed within the promo duration. All signed contracts processed between January 15 to March 31, 2024, will automatically qualify as e-raffle tickets for the grand raffle draw. This extraction of data will be done through a system called SQL. List of data must contain the following:

Contract Number
Name of Customer
Address of Customer
Contact Number
Date of Contract
Brand of Loaned Commodity


• The virtual grand raffle draw will be done on April 8, 2024 at Home Credit’s office at 15th Floor, Ore Square Building, 31st Street corner 9th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City with the presence of a DTI representative.
• Winner will be contacted through the following:

Announcements will be done via Home Credit Facebook Page on April 15, 2024
The winner will be contacted by a Home Credit representative via registered mail, mobile, and telephone number.

E. Claiming of Prizes

• The Winner is given 60 days from receipt of notification via registered mail to claim prize. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.
• The Winner will be announced seven (7) days after each draw schedule in the Home Credit Philippines webpage.
• Home Credit and Cellboy's employees and its affiliates including agencies, merchants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
• The Winner may claim their prize from the assigned Vespa Philippines Dealer who will administer the release of the prize. He/She must present 2 valid IDs with photo and the official mail notification.

• 20% withholding tax of prize exceeding P10,000 and other expenses related to taxes shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc.
• LTO Registration Fee, Insurance and Third-Party Liability (TPL) shall be shouldered by the winner.

• Promoters participating in this raffle may still avail themselves of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
• Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify promoters from availing themselves of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription, with concurrence of DTI.
• Customer account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.
