Any additional fees for your QR Ph transactions through our My Home
Credit App are dependent on the acquirer. To proceed, simply follow
the steps below: 1. Tap the ‘Scan’ button in the Home Credit mobile
app’s dashboard. 2. Scan the store’s QR Ph compliant code. 3. Input
the original amount of your purchase. 4. Tap the ‘Continue’ button.
5. In the ‘Review Payment’ screen, select the payment method you
would like to use. 6. Review the payment summary. 7. Tap the
‘Confirm Payment’ button. 8. Enter the 4-digit PIN of your My Home
Credit App. 9. Present the ‘Transaction Complete’ message to the
store as a receipt of your transaction.

Our partner stores would either have the Home Credit or the AUB
Paymate QR standee. You may also look for the QR PH logo on any QR
standees, which enables you to use Home Credit payment services,
even if the store is not partnered with us!

There are several reasons why a transaction fails. Please take a
screenshot of the error and send this to info@homecredit.ph,
together with your 10-digit loan account number so we can check on
this right away.

You can redeem rebates which can be used as a credit on your account
and will be deducted from your balance in your next monthly billing
statement. Rebates are not convertible to cash.

You may coordinate with the partner store for a refund request, or
fill out our Dispute Form which can be downloaded

Then, send it to disputeresolution@homecredit.ph together with all

be required to process your request: - Transaction Date -
Transaction Reference No. - Customer Name - Customer Account No. -
Merchant Name - Merchant Branch or Location - Transaction Amount -
Item/s Purchased - Dispute Reason - Dispute Date Additional
information you may provide are: - Compelling evidences of merchant
invalidating the transaction - Front-liner/Staff Name - Acquirer's
Name (whether the QR Ph scanned is from Maya, GCash, etc.)

HCPay QR (Quick Response) is a contactless method of payment which
is performed by scanning QR code, a 2D barcode readable by our My
Home Credit App. It is a safe and convenient way to pay for your
transactions.

Home Credit App. Payment methods accessible may vary from Home
Credit Card and Home Credit Qwarta.

Credit App and connect it to the internet to scan a QR code and pay
your transaction. Also, a cashless payment helps to ensure a safe

Yes, HCPay QR is both safe and legitimate! To ensure this, the app
will ask for your 4-digit PIN before confirming payment for your
transaction. Once successful, you will get a receipt for your record

My Home Credit App is using latest technologies to protect your
security. Data are stored in secured servers, and payments are
encrypted with industry-standard technology. In addition, there are
several security features in place for you: - Every login to My Home
Credit App requires a PIN. It is strongly recommended that you keep
this information to yourself to protect you from fraud and/or
identity theft. - If you notice any suspicious activity in your Home
Credit Card, you may immediately call our Customer Service at (02)
7753 5711 and our agents will assist you.

To start using HCPay QR for your purchases, you will need to
download and register an account in our My Home Credit App. This
registration process includes submitting necessary documentation and
agreeing to Home Credit’s terms and conditions.

Once you agree to Home Credit’s data privacy and confidentiality
agreement, basic personal information such as your full name,
address, date and place of birth, employment history, mobile phone
number and email address will be required from your end.

Your Home Credit Card account will automatically be enrolled to My
Home Credit App, so you wouldn't need to manually do this from your
end. Simply ensure that you have the latest version of My Home
Credit App to avoid any further concerns.

Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has recently launched the "QR Ph", as
the National QR code standard. This requires financial institutions
to adopt one (1) standard of QR code to foster an efficient and
interoperable payment system. This means that, with My Home Credit
App, you would be able to scan QR codes from different acquirers or
institutions, e.g., Maya, Gcash, BDOPay, AllBank, and others, for as
long as it is compliant to BSP's QR Ph standard.

QR Ph is currently available in 30k shops from 20k merchants. The
following are the 12 participating institutions: 1. Unionbank 2.
Maya 3. BDO 4. Landbank 5. Chinabank 6. RCBC 7. Robinsons Bank 8.
AllBank 9. Cebuana Lhuillier 10. Starpay 11. USSC Money Transfer 12.
AUB Please note that some of these acquirers are still in the
process of rolling out this initiative, so not all of their partner
stores may already be compliant to QR Ph.

Customers may provide to the store staff the Transaction Reference
No. from the e-receipt generated in My Home Credit mobile app. This
information will then be used to match it against the notification
they will receive from their Acquiring Bank (e.g., Maya, GCash,
etc.) to validate the transaction.

Some QR Ph codes that are out in the market are not yet ready to
accept payments from third-party payment issuers like Home Credit.
You may try scanning other QR Ph codes such as the ones from AUB,
Maya, All Bank and others.

Home Credit App. 9. Present the ‘Transaction Complete’ message to
the store as a receipt of your transaction.

If you have an active Home Credit Qwarta, it will automatically be
available as one of your payment options when you create an HCPay QR
transaction. In the app, simply follow the steps below: 1.Tap the
‘Scan’ button in the Home Credit mobile app’s dashboard. 2.Scan the
partner store’s Home Credit QR code. 3.Input the original amount of
your purchase. 4.Tap the ‘Continue’ button. 5.1.In the ‘Review
Payment’ screen, confirm if the payment option displayed is "Home
Credit Qwarta". 5.2.If not, simply tap on the 'Change Payment
Option' button and select "Home Credit Qwarta". Thereafter, you will
automatically be redirected back to the previous screen. 6.Review
the payment summary. 7.Tap the ‘Confirm Payment’ button. 8.Enter the
4-digit PIN of your My Home Credit App. 9.Present the ‘Transaction
Complete’ message to the store as a receipt of your transaction.
Interest fees are charged on a daily basis a day after the
transaction was made. To compute, simply multiply your transaction
amount with the 0.13% daily interest rate and the number of days it

Customers must present to the store the e-receipt generated in My
Home Credit mobile app as proof of the successful transaction. The
receipt shall be inspected by the store staff to confirm the
following information: - Transaction Date - Transaction Status -
Transaction Reference No. - Store Name - Amount - Payment Method If
the store would like to further verify the transaction, they may
validate it in Home Credit's merchant platform known as "Partner
Central". If the store does not have access to this, we recommend
coordinating to their assigned Account Owner.

Unless anything was specified by the store, HCPay QR transactions do
not have any limit so long as they are within your Home Credit
Card's and Qwarta's credit limit or remaining balance.

When choosing a payment method in the 'Review Payment' screen, you
will be able to see your remaining balance for each option
accessible to you. Another alternative is by redirecting to the Home
Credit Card or Qwarta dashboard which also includes information such
as your available credit limit, list of transactions, etc.

In your My Home Credit App, the 'Transaction Complete' screen will
appear after you have confirmed your payment. This may serve as your
receipt for transaction. In addition, you may check your transaction
history and account balance in the Home Credit Card or Qwarta
