Here's how you can apply for a loan: 1. Download the Home Credit App
on Google Playstore or Apple store, then create an account. 2. Click
your special offer banner exclusively for you and fill out our
application form. You just need your you just need 1 valid ID with
address, selfie, and other personal information we need to evaluate
your application. 3. Once your Home Credit QR Code is available,
you may visit any of our partner stores near you. Our Sales
Associates are ready to assist you! 4. After successfully signing,
you can finally bring home your new item and enjoy it! Don't forget

We are partnered with major retailers that carry a wide range of
brands. You may either: 1. Access the My Home Credit App and tap on
Marketplace; or 2. Inquire directly with our partner retailers to
ensure the brand availability in your chosen store. 3. Check the
store for Home Credit marketing materials. Partner retailers usually
display them in-store or outside their shop if they're partnered
with Home Credit.

origination fee equivalent to 3% of the finance amount for all
commodities, except for mobile 0% interest promo, where there is no
origination fee but a processing fee of 0.5% of the financed amount
or PHP150 per month whichever is lower.”

All purchases are bound to the Store/Manufacturer's product terms
and conditions. Please ensure that you have read the contract
carefully prior to receiving the item. For defective items that are
still under warranty, you may coordinate directly with the Store
where the item was purchased, while for lost/stolen items, Home
Credit is not liable to cover replacement once you have confirmed
receipt of the item.

the app) - Home Credit Website (a local debit card with Visa or
Mastercard logo, or an active online account with Unionbank, and
BPI) - Over 20 Payment Partners for over-the-counter transactions
(such as Maya, Shopee, Palawan Express, USSC, and 7eleven) -
Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) option for our trusted parters
BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Security Bank, RCBC, PNB or UnionBank. Online
enrollment through the corresponding bank website or mobile app
(whichever is applicable) can be done as well as manual enrollment,

Here are the requirements needed to become eligible in applying for
a Home Credit Loan: 1. You must be a Filipino citizen. 2. You are 18
- 68 years old. 3. You must have a stable Income. You must be
employed (at least three months), self-employed, businessman,
pensioner, or receiving regular remittance.

You will see your Home Credit loan information in your Home Credit
App account. Once you have logged in, you can see your existing
loan/s in the home dashboard and/or by clicking the loans tab and
you will see your existing loan/s. Select the loan which contains
thee information product you availed, your account number, and the
monthly installment amount along with your due date.

Credit App! 1. Log in to your Home Credit App account. 2. Click your
loan account in the home dashboard and/or the loans tab. 3. Scroll
down to see the installment schedule.

You can sync your calendar to the app as a reminder of your product
loan monthly payment. Here are the steps. 1. Log in to your Home
Credit App account. 2. Click your loan account in the home dashboard
and/or the loans tab. 3. Below your loan information, tap "Payment
Reminder." 4. By tapping "Allow," you will give Home Credit App
consent to sync your loan payment schedule to your phone calendar.
We also conduct calls and SMS reminders days before your due date to
give updates on your upcoming payment schedule. If you don't want to
worry about forgetting your due date, you can apply for an automatic
debit arrangement to your bank account for your monthly installment.

Here's how you can see your product loan information and signed
documents: 1. Log in to your Home Credit App account. 2. Click your
loan account in the dashboard or loans tab. 3. Below your
information, tap "Details and Documents." Also, you may view your
loan contract in your registered email. This was sent when you
signed your loan application with Home Credit. If you have more than
one loan, you can swipe on your loan account to see your other Home
Credit loans.

No, but if you pay in advance, you may benefit from interest
re-calculation through the form of Full Early Repayment (FER) and
Partial Early Repayment (PER). FER is a feature wherein client can
pay his/her remaining balance in full, less the interest in the
remaining months. PER is a feature wherein client can pay more than
the declared fix monthly due to shorten the payment terms. The
minimum PER amount is at least a total of 2 monthly installments by
default and the monthly installment amount will never changed.
