Simply download the latest version of My Home Credit app and proceed
with the registration process. This includes submitting necessary
documentation and agreeing to Home Credit’s terms and conditions.
Any Home Credit payment methods available to you will be
automatically linked to your account as long as you used matching
account information.

To generate a HC Barcode in My Home Credit app, simply follow the
steps below: 1. Open the My Home Credit app and tap ‘Pay QR’ on the
dashboard. 2. On the 'QR Scanner' screen, select 'Generate Barcode'.
3. Your HC Barcode will appear. Remember, it refreshes every two
minutes. 4. Show the HC Barcode to the cashier for payment. 5. Upon
successful payment, you'll see a 'Transaction Complete' screen in
your app. Using HC Barcode should not incur additional fees, aside
from what was charged to you by the store.

My Home Credit app is using latest technologies to protect your
security. Data are stored in secured servers, and payments are
encrypted with industry-standard technology. In addition, every
login to My Home Credit app requires a PIN. It is strongly
recommended that you keep this information to yourself to protect
you from fraud and/or identity theft. If you notice any suspicious
activity in your account, you may immediately call our Customer
Service at (02) 7753 5711 and our agents will assist you.

In Puregold branches, you can pay up to Php50,000 using the HC
Barcode. Just ensure your credit balance covers it!

You will be able to see your available credit balance whenever
you're choosing a payment method. This information is also found in
your HC Credit Card or Qwarta dashboard, along with your list of
transactions.

The cashier will notify you once s/he has successfully processed
your payment. Additionally, you will receive an in-app notification
when your HC Credit Card or Qwarta has been charged for the
transaction.

The HC Barcode generated in My Home Credit app is only valid for two
(2) minutes. After this period, the barcode in the app will
automatically refresh with new details. Therefore, we recommend
presenting the latest barcode to the cashier to ensure that it is
readable. If the issue persists, please call our Customer Service at
(02) 7753 5711 to assist you in filing a ticket.

access. They may also suggest changing your PIN for security

You may coordinate with the partner store for a refund request, or
fill out our Dispute Form which can be downloaded from
https://homecredit.ph/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Credit-Card-Dispute-Form-for-Project-8.pdf.
Then, send it to disputeresolution@homecredit.ph together with all
the supporting documents relating to the request.
