Yes, you can. As long as the Lazada Wallet of your family or friend is activated, then you can top-up their accounts.

Once the amount has been topped up in the Lazada Wallet, the value does not expire. So, if you ever change your mind that you don’t need the top-up amount right now, please be assured that it will not expire, so you can still use it for future Lazada purchases.

Home Credit allows Qwarta customers to top up from P100 to P5000 per transaction. Furthermore, Lazada puts a limit of P100,000 (including refunds and rebate balances) per month for Lazada Wallet. Only customers with active Qwarta are eligible to top up their Lazada Wallet directly. Home Credit Card customers cannot use this service.

Lazada Direct Top-up is another way to top up your Lazada Wallet. Customers can now indicate the specific amount that they want to top up, and it will be sent directly to their nominated Lazada Wallets.

1. Go to the Lazada Mobile App. 2. Tap the Wallet icon on the upper right of the screen. 3. You will see the Lazada Wallet landing page. 4. a. If you see the “Cash in” button, then it means that your Lazada Wallet has been activated. b. If you see the “Activate” button, then it means that your Lazada Wallet has not been activated. 5. If your account has not been activated, tap the “Activate” button and verify your wallet via OTP.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mobile number or email address of the Lazada Wallet you’re topping up by double-checking this detail before confirming your payment on your next Lazada top-up transaction. Lazada Gift Card is a digital product that customers can redeem to top up their Lazada Wallet. Each card corresponds to a certain value or denomination.

The following denominations are available to customers: 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000.

Customers who have Qwarta and registered accounts in My Home Credit Mobile App are eligible to purchase Lazada Gift Cards. Currently, Home Credit Card is not an available payment option for Lazada Gift Cards.

After GC purchase, click the “Copy & Redeem Gift Card” button from the Transaction Complete screen to go back to Lazada Mobile app. 2. On the Redemption screen, paste the Gift Card code in the field provided. 3. You will see a “Successfully Redeemed” screen after redemption 4. The cashed-in amount will reflect on your Lazada Wallet. The Gift Card code will be shown in the receipt. The receipt is also accessible in the My Home Credit Mobile App’s Inbox. Just look for the Confirmation message that you received after your successful payment, tap that message, then click the “View Receipt & Gift Card” button to access your gift code.

Vouchers are coupons that entitle the holders to a discount when certain conditions are met. They are one-time use only. On the other hand, Lazada Gift Cards are digital products that customers can redeem to top up their Lazada Wallet. Each card corresponds to a certain value or denomination. The value of the Gift Card will be added to your Lazada Wallet. Once in your wallet, the Gift Card is treated as cash. So, let’s say, you redeemed a 1000-peso Gift Card. You’re allowed to spend 500 from it and use the remaining 500 to pay for another transaction. However, keep in mind that you can only redeem a Gift Card once. It’s only after redemption are you allowed to spend the corresponding value in multiple transactions.

You can pay for the Gift Card using your Qwarta account. Currently, Qwarta is the only payment option available for Lazada Gift cards. Home Credit card cannot be used for payment.

Yes, you are allowed to share the Gift Card codes to others.

The corresponding value cannot be converted to cash.

Funds from Gift Cards are non-withdrawable.

Gift Card codes do not expire.

Home Credit does not have access to Lazada accounts of customers, so we cannot confirm if the top-up amount was indeed sent to your Lazada Wallet. It is best to contact Lazada support for this concern.
