Yes, Payroll/Current/ Savings ATM card is being accepted for fund
transfer as long as it is under your name and that you can provide
bank account number and document to verify it. Important note: Bank
account should be Savings only. Dormant, Closed, Checking, and Joint

The bank account number for disbursement cannot be changed once the
contract is sent to evaluation. You must cancel your Cash Loan
contract and wait for another Cash Loan offer to re-apply for a new
one with your new bank account number.

For Cash Pick Up, it can be claimed 14 days from the signed date.
For Bank to Bank transfer, it can be claimed 7 days from the signed
date. Loan Cancellation will be automatic once cash didn't claim
within the given period.

No, but if you pay in advance, you may benefit from interest
re-calculation through the form of Full Early Repayment (FER) and
Partial Early Repayment (PER). FER is a feature wherein client can
pay his/her remaining balance in full, less the interest in the
remaining months. PER is a feature wherein client can pay more than
the declared fix monthly due to shorten the payment terms. The
minimum PER amount is at least a total of 2 monthly installments by
default and the monthly installment amount will never changed.

For standard Cash Loan, you will just have to pay the disbursed
amount without any interest or fee. For consolidated Cash Loan, you
have to pay the full loaned amount.

Borrower Protection Plan (BPP) is one of our services. It protects
you and your family members in case of death, hospitalization,
accidental death and dismemberment, and accidental medical
reimbursement.

Clients who availed BPP during loan application will be covered. In
the event of a valid claim, BPP will pay for the unpaid balance of
the loan while the remaining proceeds of the claim will be paid to
your nominated beneficiary.

nominated beneficiary cannot be established.

Once Home Credit receives your complete documentary requirements, it
will take a maximum of 90 working days for the claim to be processed
to give time for our insurance provider to review and approve the
request.

The insurance provider checks if the customer or beneficiary is
eligible for the claim and validates the authenticity of the
documents provided. Sometimes, additional documents may be asked to
support the claim.
